Makes a change from mash 🙂

Ingredients (per person)

  • 1 large baking potato
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp spices (I usually use a mixture of paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper)

Method

Cut the potato in half and then length-ways into wedges. Put them in  a large mixing bowl, add the oil and spices, and toss them together until the wedges are evenly coated in spice and oil. Spread in a single layer on a baking tray, and bake at 220C for about 40 minutes or until golden. It’s best to turn them after about 20 minutes to make sure they’re evenly cooked.20170222_115754
